VGW, an interactive entertainment company in Sydney, seeks a Tax Accountant to join our Tax team. You will work on corporate and international tax matters, transfer pricing, remuneration tax, and GST/BAS compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The role involves preparing tax returns, tax provisions, and assisting with tax filings, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder collaboration. A CA/CPA or equivalent is preferred, with 3–5+ years in tax. The position is based in Sydney.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification (or nearing completion) and strong tax technical skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare company tax returns and tax provision calculations (Australia and overseas).
• Assist with BAS, GST, and other indirect taxes across jurisdictions.
• Support remuneration, FBT matters and payroll tax compliance.
• Liaise with internal/external advisors on transfer pricing, international tax, and tax compliance.
• Assist with country-by-country reporting and BEPS Pillar 2 calculations.
• Provide ad-hoc tax research and advisory support as required.
