Ebury Sydney is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to support commercial and sales hiring across APAC and beyond. This hybrid role blends strategic hiring with hands-on sourcing to bring top talent into a fast-growing fintech environment.

You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, manage a seamless candidate experience, and guide applicants through the offer stage, while coordinating interviews and maintaining Greenhouse data with precision.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as agency recruiter or in-house TA.
• Experience delivering sales recruitment, international a plus.
• Experience recruiting in APAC.
• Fluent English in conversation and writing.
• Mandarin or Cantonese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for a broad range of vacancies with emphasis on commercial/sales.
• Screen CVs and applications to assess fit.
• Conduct interviews using reliable methods.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process and offer stage.
• Manage candidate engagement and expectations.
• Coordinate diary and interview bookings; maintain Greenhouse data.
