Job summary

Elanco Animal Health Incorporated in Australia is seeking an Advisor, International Sustainability to spearhead the strategic introduction and scaling of sustainability assets across Elanco’s international markets. You will lead carbon program design, ensure credible Scope 3 outcomes, and drive emission reduction initiatives globally.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in sustainability or agribusiness, and deep expertise in carbon markets and GHG accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Minimum 10 years in sustainability, agribusiness, or marketing in animal health or livestock.
• Deep expertise in carbon markets and GHG accounting (Scope 3).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of carbon programs for international markets.
• Serve as the primary expert on GHG Protocol and reporting frameworks.
• Oversee localization and deployment of the UpLook platform.
• Partner with global account leaders to support commercialization pathways.
• Manage program risk and collaborate with Legal and Operations on documentation.
