Job summary

ABI Interiors is seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join our Carrara HQ team. You will coordinate inventory records, monitor demand, maintain ETAs, and support supplier and internal stakeholder communication to ensure smooth stock movement across the business.

You will contribute to reporting, system processes and continuous improvement within the department, while collaborating with warehouse, finance and cross-functional teams to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented.

• Strong understanding of procurement and logistics functions.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse demand trends to create POs and replenishment plans.
• Maintain target stock levels across countries with lead-time variability.
• Coordinate with China-based teams on production schedules.
• Process proforma invoices and calculate landed unit costs.
• Support monthly stock adjustments and inventory reporting.
• Record deliveries and reconcile shipments across systems.
• Update ETAs based on supplier confirmations and freight movements.
• Support new product launches and cross-department updates.
• Assist with rollout of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central across regions.
