Job summary

ABI Interiors is seeking an experienced Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to join the Carrara HQ team. You will coordinate inventory records, monitor demand, maintain ETAs and support supplier and internal stakeholder communication to ensure smooth stock movement.

You'll assist with reporting, system processes, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department, working closely with warehouse, finance, and cross-border teams to align logistics with business goals.

Qualifications

• Robust experience in a procurement or similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyse demand trends and create purchase orders, regional stock transfers, and replenishment plans.
• Maintain target stock levels across multiple countries.
• Liaise with China-based merchandising and warehouse teams to align production schedules with regional demand.
• Process proforma invoices and calculate landed unit costs across multiple systems and currencies.
• Support monthly stock adjustments and finance month-end inventory reporting.
• Record and reconcile deliveries and shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain ETAs based on supplier confirmations, freight movements, and consolidation schedules.
• Support new product launch pipeline by tracking progress and coordinating sample-to-shelf milestones.
• Act as procurement touchpoint for new SKU readiness, initial purchase orders, proforma processing, ETA visibility, and first-receipt reconciliation.
• Work with warehouse, customer experience, finance, and broader supply chain teams to align logistics activity with business goals.
• Proactively communicate stock or timing risks affecting downstream teams and finance reporting deadlines.
• Support rollout of company-wide software systems, including Multi-region rollout of Microsoft Business Central.
• Identify friction in processes and contribute to better ways of working.
• Assist with training new team members and contribute to ad hoc projects.
