Job summary

Stryker in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager (Hybrid) to lead strategic sourcing for PCBA and high-level assemblies, driving cost optimization and supplier development across functions. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, contract strategies, and ongoing supplier performance improvement.

You will shape global sourcing strategies, negotiate with key suppliers, and manage spend while mentoring a team and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of supply management experience.
• 10 years in supply management with focus on strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Direct experience managing global PCBA vendors.
• International sourcing and supplier management experience.
• Experience operating in a highly regulated industry; Medical Device industry sourcing and supplier management experience preferred.
• ISO13485 knowledge and experience preferred.
• Professional certifications through APICS, ISM, and/or CSCMP.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute global sourcing strategies for complex PCBA commodities, driving continuity, cost optimization, innovation, and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to influence sourcing decisions and deliver enterprise-wide results.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract strategies with key partners to secure favorable commercial outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Drive end-to-end commodity management including spend analysis, supplier segmentation, market intelligence, consolidation, and lifecycle planning.
• Build executive-level supplier relationships and act as trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and supplier leadership teams.
• Anticipate market shifts and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and inform business strategy.
• Champion risk management and supply resiliency with mitigation plans for financial, operational, geopolitical, and sustainability risks.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring team members and advancing sourcing best practices.
