Responsibilities

• Handle daily incident management for customer incidents.
• Conduct incident response and forensic analysis of compromised systems and recommend remediation.
• Direct incident response efforts, prioritize actions, and produce clear incident reports detailing vectors and attacker methods.
• Coordinate with teams for large-scale global incidents and build response playbooks.
