Lycopodium is seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to join our Perth-based finance team. Reports to Group Finance Manager and supports accurate statutory reporting and commercial insights across the group.

You will lead monthly consolidation, statutory filings, audit liaison, and work with operations on budgeting, cash flow and performance, while embedding governance and process improvements.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification with a degree in accounting or commerce.
• Experience in a Senior Financial Accountant or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Lead consolidated monthly financial and management reporting across the group.
• Provide financial analysis, variance reporting and insights to support decisions.
• Coordinate half-year and year-end statutory financial statements.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee taxation and statutory compliance activities (BAS, FBT, PAYG, payroll tax).
• Partner with operations on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, controls and governance.
