Job summary

OFX is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to join our Sydney team. You will hunt and qualify leads, act as the first point of contact, and articulate OFX’s value to potential clients, helping them improve money management and spend control.

The role suits a new graduate or early-career candidate with a strong business mindset, capable of making 50+ outbound calls daily, and thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced, hybrid work environment at OFX.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or sales roles, SaaS or financial services preferred.
• Postsecondary degree or diploma in related field or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with ability to make 50+ outbound calls daily.
• Team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, expanding the top of the funnel.
• Research prospects provided by sales operations.
• High-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Present OFX products and articulate value to prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
• Keep knowledge of OFX products up to date.
