Job summary

eXponential Technology Group in Australia seeks a Quality & Compliance Business Manager to take full ownership and contribute at both local and global levels. As an individual contributor, you’ll partner with the Australian business and collaborate with our global Quality & Compliance team.

You will develop and implement the quality management strategy, create policies and procedures, and drive initiatives to improve operational performance while maintaining ISO 9001, 13485 and 14001

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering or quality.
• Experience in distribution or electronic manufacturing preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISO frameworks and quality systems.
• Ability to multitask with limited supervision on long-term ISO projects.
• Experience with modern slavery legislation and OHS standards.
• Knowledge of sales, purchasing, vendors, warehousing and operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the Quality Management Strategy with updated policies and procedures.
• Educate employees on Quality Management and support a quality culture.
• Act as liaison between customers, sales, operations, RMA and product to resolve quality issues.
• Use QMS for internal audits and ensure compliance.
• Spearhead ISO re-certification for ISO 9001, 13485, 14001.
• Compile and communicate audit findings to management and track corrective actions.
• Perform and support internal audits in production/assembly and distribution.
• Lead PPAP processes and ensure documentation is accurate and timely.
• Address nonconformance using 8D methods and verify root causes and fixes.
• Oversee Occupational Health and Safety procedures and compliance.
• Serve as quality issues expert to suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback (NPS) to improve satisfaction.
• Produce quality reporting metrics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate supplier-related issues to improve performance.
• Additional duties as assigned.
