CS Executive Group is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager for an Australian biomaterials business supplying specialised materials to medical devices, healthcare, pharma and research markets. The role leads the established Quality function, shaping strategy and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement during growth.

Ideal candidates will have ISO 13485 experience, strong GMP/regulatory knowledge, and a track record of leadership at executive level.

Formación

• ISO 13485 medical device environment experience essential
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, regulatory compliance, audits, CAPA, validation and risk management
• Proven leadership capability to develop teams and influence at executive level
• Experience strengthening Quality systems and driving CI and organisational change
• Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or life-science background valued

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality strategy, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement
• Oversee Quality Management Systems, audits and CAPA
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guide the future Quality direction

Educación

Tertiary qualifications in Science/Engineering or related discipline
