Job summary

DBG Health is seeking a Purchasing Analyst to manage the end-to-end PO process across cosmetics, beauty, health and wellness categories. You will coordinate with local and international suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, monitor orders, and drive process improvements while maintaining master data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems and supplier coordination.
• Strong Excel and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle from creation to goods receipt.
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers for timely delivery and issue resolution.
• Monitor PO status, identify risks, and escalate when needed.
• Drive process improvements in purchasing, reporting, and SOPs.
• Maintain accurate supplier data, pricing, lead times, and MOQs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and WHS requirements.
