Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in project controlling, financial analysis, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and financial accounting concepts.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring alignment with scope and financial objectives.
• Prepare and analyze project financial forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Track actuals vs. budget/forecast, explain variances and propose corrective actions.
• Generate financial reports including P&L, cash flow, and cost-to-complete analyses.
• Collaborate with project managers to set robust financial plans and KPIs.
• Conduct financial risk assessments and mitigation planning for projects.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Contribute to improving project control processes and tools.
