Job summary

Paxus is assisting a reputed mining sector client in recruiting a Delivery Controller Manager in Western Australia. The role focuses on developing and maintaining cost and schedule baselines for complex projects, with emphasis on governance and change control.

You will create project schedules with dependencies, perform critical path analysis, manage baselines, and oversee cost/schedule governance while ensuring alignment with project scope and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and maintaining cost and schedule baselines for complex projects.
• Ability to baseline and track deviations through approved change control.
• Experience with data and cloud migration projects.
• Strong interface with BackOffice, Work Force Planning and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Create project schedules with full dependency linking, critical path analysis and resource balancing.
• Baseline and track deviation through approved change control.
• Data & cloud migration.
• Provide timelines and work plans for the Program/Project Manager and stakeholders.
• Oversee development of cost and schedule baselines ensuring alignment with scope and governance.
• Implement and oversee project controls for cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
