Job summary

Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support 5,000+ employees across 25 countries. You’ll work with Finance and HR to ensure accurate payroll, navigate multi-currency and tax rules, and help implement a new global payroll system.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of HR or Finance payroll experience, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and a penchant for accuracy in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or Finance.
• 2+ years of experience; internships in HR or Finance valued.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Support payroll operations for APJ region ensuring timely, accurate pay.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR leadership on international payroll milestones.
• Assist with payroll data integrity and audits.
• Support global payroll system implementation and M&A integrations.
