Job summary

ROLLER is seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong payments background to own our Financial Services product area. You will drive strategy for payments, sell-side and guest-facing capabilities, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver globally.

Reporting to the Head of Product, you’ll translate user needs into epics, stories, and clear acceptance criteria while collaborating across engineering, marketing, and operations to maximize value.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of product management experience in a fast-growing software company.
• Strong payments background in fintech, banks or SaaS with payments integrations.
• Self-starter with bias for action and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive real outcomes.
• Natural influencer who aligns decision-makers across levels without formal authority.
• Detail-oriented with ability to support engineering and product delivery.
• Strategic thinker who builds compelling business cases and communicates value.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Entrepreneurial problem-solver who tests ideas and validates value.
• Champion of innovation and data-driven market insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for payments and financial services products and integrations.
• Lead a cross-functional team to launch, iterate and scale solutions globally.
• Write clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Ensure alignment with Payments Operations and executives on priorities and progress.
• Advocate for customers and deliver real value through product decisions.
• Define goals and key results to drive product performance and impact.
