Copeland Bueno Analytics is seeking a Marketing Coordinator in Sydney to support global marketing operations, focusing on digital marketing, content, events, social media, and regional expansion across Australia, the UK, and Europe. The role balances day-to-day execution with longer-term strategic projects.

The successful candidate will be an organized, proactive marketer with 1–3 years' experience in B2B or tech environments, strong SEO knowledge, and proficiency in PowerPoint/Excel/Word.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technology environment
• Solid understanding of SEO and GEO principles, keyword research, and web content best practices
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel & Word
• Experience with Google Analytics, campaign platforms, and basic web design or CMS management
• Highly organised, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft & Google Workspaces
• Clear written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research tailored to Australian, UK, and European audiences and identify backlink opportunities with high domain authority
• Audit existing web pages and recommend SEO improvements
• Submit listings to relevant directories for increased visibility
• Create and adapt marketing content for regional audiences across Australia, UK, and Europe (mainly using PowerPoint and Word)
• Support coordination of website localisation and translation as regional presence grows
• Assist with copywriting, blog posts, case studies, and other marketing collateral
• Support the planning and delivery of events across Australia and the UK/EU
• Research and compare venue options, covering AV, catering, and scalability
• Manage content scheduling and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
• Maintain and segment CRM data for outbound targeting and campaign management
