Job summary

Oryx People Automotive seeks a Communications & PR Manager for luxury automotive and lifestyle in Sydney. You will lead the ANZ communications strategy, working with the APAC hub and global HQ, and act as a brand ambassador across the market.

The role requires developing ANZ strategy, leading media relations, content creation, partnerships, events, and aligning activities to commercial outcomes while managing agencies and collaborating with regional and global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in communications, PR, media relations or brand communications.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
• Experience creating compelling content and stories.
• Digital and social media understanding.
• Commercial awareness and confidence using performance insights.
• Executive presence, sound judgement and high emotional intelligence.
• A proactive, solutions-focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel internationally at least six times per year.
