Job summary

Kat the Label, a Melbourne-born lingerie brand, seeks a Logistics & Supply Chain Manager on a 12-month contract to cover parental leave. You will oversee end-to-end operations across global markets, lead freight strategy and drive improvements in the supply chain.

You will manage international freight, carrier relationships, budgeting and reporting, and mentor the internal logistics team to support scalable growth while ensuring brand standards and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain or operations.
• Proven experience managing international freight, customs and 3PL partners across multiple markets.
• Experience leading, managing and developing a team.
• Experience with inventory and integration systems such as Cin7 and SPS Commerce.
• Strong budgeting and analytics, with ability to manage freight spend and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and commercial acumen.
• Clear, confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end freight operations across AU, USA and UK.
• Develop and manage supply chain critical paths with deadlines; enable sea/air freight timelines.
• Own transit time calculators for peak and non-peak planning.
• Manage relationships with carriers, 3PLs and internal warehouse to meet SLAs.
• Oversee daily freight tracking and reporting across markets.
• Lead, mentor and develop supply chain and logistics team members.
• Drive freight budgeting, cost reductions and vendor negotiations.
• Review margins and duties/taxes on shipments and adjust strategies accordingly.
