SF Express seeks an in-house commercial lawyer for ANZ operations to independently draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of logistics and commercial agreements. You will ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand laws and internal policies, while supporting market entry, regulatory filings, and cross-border coordination with external counsel.

The role requires 2–6 years of relevant experience, admission or eligibility to practice in AU, and strong negotiation and communication

Competenze

• LLB or JD from an accredited university in Australia or New Zealand.
• Admitted or eligible to practice law in at least one Australian jurisdiction.
• 2–6 years of commercial legal experience, ideally in logistics, transportation, international trade, or multinational in-house team.
• Knowledge of ANZ commercial and transport law, trade compliance, data privacy, employment law, or corporate governance.

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of ANZ logistics and commercial agreements.
• Ensure all contractual documents comply with Australian and New Zealand laws and internal policies.
• Provide legal compliance support for ANZ projects and daily operations.
