Job summary

Who Gives A Crap is seeking a Head of Global Logistics to own warehousing and last-mile across Australia, the US, the UK and Europe, with expansion into Canada. You’ll partner with senior leaders to unify regional teams into a global, outcome-driven logistics strategy.

You will lead regional Logistics Managers, drive cost per order discipline, AI-enabled process design, and scalable networks that balance service, cost and sustainability in line with our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global logistics teams with cost-per-order focus.
• Ability to design scalable logistics networks across multiple regions.
• Proven negotiation skills with carriers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end warehousing and last-mile delivery across Australia, US, UK, Europe, and expansion into Canada.
• Lead regional Logistics Managers and align with global strategy and standards.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows and cost-optimised logistics designs with cross-functional partners.
