Qualifications

• 18+ years of Project and Program Management experience, including leadership of large-scale IT Transformation programs.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong command of project fundamentals: scope, deliverables, milestones, baselines, RAID, change control, and benefits tracking.
• Understanding of Infrastructure Services, tools & automation, AI agentic solutions, and IT Service Management.
• Experience with enterprise applications, ERP/non-ERP, SDLC, and integration programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Transformation programs across Infrastructure and Applications.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, milestones, and benefits realization.
• Provide executive reporting, strategic recommendations, and decision support to CXO-level stakeholders.
• Drive governance reviews, steering committees, and cross-functional team motivation across geographies.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and contractual obligations.
