Job summary

Cotton On Group is seeking a highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to support IT services across its global retail network, based in Geelong, VIC. You’ll coordinate store technology deployments, manage schedules and procurement, and ensure alignment across vendors and internal teams to keep initiatives on track.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a service coordination, administration, project support or operational coordination role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating schedules, resources, vendors or project activities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and confident communicator who can build strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
• Exposure to procurement, purchasing or logistics processes would be highly regarded.
• Experience working with IT service management tools is advantageous.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks, solve problems and continuously improve processes.
