Job summary

Cotton On is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Brand Director within the Cotton On Body team. This highly organized, proactive role provides essential support to a Senior Executive, helping achieve objectives and improve business efficiency.

You will liaise across the organization, coordinate calendars and travel, manage budgets, and support stakeholders globally to drive operational excellence.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Proven ability to manage Executive calendars, including personal commitments, and mailbox management.
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications for documentation and correspondence.
• Knowledge of interstate/overseas travel arrangements and itineraries for C-suite executives.
• Sound knowledge of budgeting processes, controls, and expense management.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently in search of a highly organized, proactive, articulate, and driven individual to join Cotton On Body team as the Executive Assistant to the Brand Director. This pivotal role will involve providing essential support to a Senior Executive, contributing significantly to the achievement of their objectives, and ensuring overall business efficiency.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key liaison, connecting various facets of our organization. Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering operational efficiency within our dynamic team of global change-makers.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Exceptional administrative, organizational, and time management skills tailored for the demands of Senior Executives.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks.
• Proven ability to manage Executive calendars, including personal commitments, and adeptly handle complex and strategic mailbox management.
• Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence.
• Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries, aligned with the unique needs of C‑suite Executives.
• Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes, controls, and expense management, in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level.
