Job summary

PX Resources in Sydney is seeking a proactive compliance/fund operations professional with 18 months to 4 years of experience. You will work across investment compliance, regulatory reporting, breaches, and disclosure requirements, gaining broad exposure beyond a narrow scope.

Qualifications

• Degree in commerce, law, finance, economics, business or related field.
• 1.5–4 years of experience in compliance, risk, fund operations or audit.
• Analytical, detail-focused, commercially minded and keen to learn.
• Curious with the confidence to ask questions and use judgement beyond a checklist.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-trade and post-trade investment compliance monitoring.
• Investigate exceptions, breaches and incidents.
• Assist with regulatory, governance and client reporting.
• Monitor investment restrictions, ownership thresholds and disclosure requirements.
• Review marketing material and support broader compliance activities.
• Work with stakeholders across the business and global teams.
