Confidential Law Firm in Sydney seeks a transformative Knowledge Leader to oversee a team of 9 lawyers and 2 paralegals, driving AI-enabled knowledge and innovation across the firm. You will shape governance, strategy, and client-focused solutions to elevate value and productivity.

You will partner with practice groups to implement enterprise knowledge initiatives, productise know-how, and lead a high-performing knowledge function within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading knowledge or AI initiatives in a large law firm.
• Proven ability to strategise and implement knowledge governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record delivering client-focused knowledge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Transform knowledge assets into AI-enabled capabilities.
• Develop and execute enterprise knowledge strategy.
• Govern classification and retrieval of legal knowledge.
• Lead knowledge projects with relevant departments.
• Communicate initiatives across practice groups.
• Identify opportunities to productise legal knowledge.
• Oversee client-facing knowledge solutions.
• Lead and develop the knowledge function.
• Chair Knowledge Partner meetings.
• Lead regular knowledge policy/content alignment meetings.
