Job summary

FCM Travel is seeking a seasoned SEO leader to own the global strategy for search and AI visibility across its travel brands. You will drive initiatives across SME and enterprise audiences, establish technical SEO standards, and partner with content, web, engineering, and growth teams to boost discoverability and performance.

You will report to senior stakeholders and shape the operating model, budget, and roadmap for the function while mentoring the Global SEO Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading an SEO, search, or organic growth team.
• Experience building or scaling AI visibility programs.
• Deep technical SEO across architecture, schema, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with SEO/AI platforms including Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console.
• Strong commercial acumen with reporting pipeline, revenue and ROI to senior leaders.
• Experience designing operating models, capability frameworks, and team structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy for search and AI visibility across FCM Travel and Corporate Traveller.
• Lead visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Perplexity, and traditional search.
• Develop strategies for SME and enterprise audiences across brands.
• Own technical SEO standards including architecture, schema, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals.
• Partner with content, web, engineering and growth teams to improve discoverability and performance.
• Build and manage visibility reporting including share of voice, citations, traffic, conversion, and ROI.
• Design operating model, team structure, budget, and roadmap for the function.
• Act as global centre of excellence for search and AI visibility across markets and brands.
• Lead and develop the Global SEO Manager and influence senior stakeholders globally.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment for all staff.
