You will drive GenAI-enabled editorial workflows, ensure content quality, and partner with Product, Technology, and commercial teams to scale solutions that improve customer trust and workflow outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global operations leadership, with delivery quality and financial accountability.
• Experience interacting with senior P&L stakeholders across regions.
• Proven ability to scale AI-enabled content programs and manage large teams.

Responsibilities

• Set global strategy and operating roadmap for Analytical Editorial Operations across regions.
• Lead GenAI-enabled content initiatives and scale adoption of GenAI tools.
• Improve content currency, structure, discoverability, and trust in customer workflows.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the Analytical organization.
