Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior product leadership role focused on a globally deployed portfolio of hardware, firmware and industrial IoT solutions for critical water infrastructure networks. You will drive roadmap priorities, collaborate with engineering and commercial teams, and translate market insights into strategic investments.

The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in hardware/firmware product management, strong stakeholder skills, and a track record of leading

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline as listed
Minimum 10 years' hardware/firmware product development or management
Experience in product leadership or innovation management
Translate customer requirements into product priorities and outcomes
Strong stakeholder management across a matrix organisation
Experience with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Commercial)
Knowledge of embedded electronics, industrial automation, sensors and IoT
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

Lead a globally deployed hardware, firmware and industrial IoT product portfolio
Drive product innovation, enhancement and lifecycle management
Translate customer and market insights into roadmaps and investments
Build and strengthen product management capability and discipline
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations and Commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions
