Redpath Group, a leading global mining contractor, seeks an International Group Reporting Manager to join its Brisbane Head Office. You will own IFRS financial reporting, statutory compliance and governance across multiple jurisdictions, leading offshore finance teams and partnering with senior leaders internationally.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in financial reporting, group accounting, consolidation or financial control roles.
• Strong IFRS reporting and consolidation expertise.
• Experience in multinational organisations with international operations.
• Exposure to foreign currency accounting and intercompany reconciliations.
• Experience leading remote or offshore finance teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with major ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Hyperion or Essbase.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead consolidated IFRS reporting to Redpath Headquarters in Canada.
• Oversee statutory reporting and cross-border compliance.
• Manage external audits and year-end reporting.
• Govern balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
• Support month-end and year-end closes across international ops.
• Review cash flow, debtors and working capital reporting.
• Partner with finance and operations across Australia, Indonesia, Botswana, Kazakhstan and Canada.
• Lead and mentor offshore finance teams.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Support CFO and broader finance leadership on strategic initiatives.
