Job summary

Eucalyptus is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a core consumer product area across international markets including Australia. You will own end-to-end product delivery, shaping the patient journey with a focus on engagement, retention and outcomes.

You'll work closely with senior leadership, clinical and design teams to drive high-impact bets, and build scalable systems that support patients across multiple conditions and geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping products that moved real user and commercial outcomes.
• High-agency leadership with strong problem-solving, trade-off judgement and strategic thinking.
• Exceptional ability to balance customer needs with business goals and apply data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Set the Vision & Multi-Year Strategy with the CCO; define bets and scope.
• Execute quickly and ship products globally across markets.
• Drive patient outcomes by linking product decisions to real health impact.
• Lead and grow the Insights team; hire, coach and raise the bar on craft.
• Own company-level outcomes for engagement, retention and patient results; align with OKRs & P&L.
• Raise the bar on product craft and decision making, ensuring intuitive, trustworthy experiences.
• Develop insights about market shifts and regulation to inform strategy.
