Eucalyptus, a consumer digital healthcare company, is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a core consumer product area within its international platform serving multiple brands. You will own end-to-end delivery across markets, connect decisions to health outcomes, and lead a team of product managers on the Insights team.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping products that moved real user and commercial outcomes.
• First-principles problem-solving ability: break down ambiguous problems and translate into strategy.
• Commercial and analytical rigour: interpret signals and tie decisions to P&L with measurable outcomes.
• Strong product sense and taste: distinguish impactful features from those that only technically work.
• Comfort with ambiguity and high ownership: lead through uncertainty on first-of-kind problems.
• Ability to influence without authority: build credibility across teams and leadership.

• Set multi-year vision and strategy for your product domain with the Chief Commercial Officer.
• Deliver products end-to-end and ship to all markets where Hims & Hers operates.
• Connect product decisions to health outcomes using data and user insight.
• Coach and grow product managers, raise the bar on hiring and be a force multiplier.
• Own company-level engagement, retention and patient-outcome metrics and make prioritisation calls with stakeholders.
• Maintain high standards for product craft and intuitive, trustworthy interactions aligned with the brand.
• Identify shifts in patient behaviour, market structure or regulation and feed insights into strategy.
