Qualifications

• Extensive experience in employment law.
• Experience with large-scale international or regional firms.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients and develop business.

Responsibilities

• Advise on workforce conduct issues and internal investigations, implementing recommendations.
• Counsel clients on compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Instruct and liaise with correspondent firms across the region.
• Advise on employment matters in mergers, restructurings and governance.
• Draft and amend employment contracts, handbooks, policies and procedures.
• Support corporate teams with employment issues arising from transactions.
• Handle disputes in local courts and settlement agreements.
