Clyde & Co is seeking an Associate level Employment lawyer to focus on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong employment background from a large-scale international or regional top-tier firm.

The role covers advising on workforce conduct, compliance with local laws, restructurings, drafting employment documentation, and supporting corporate transactions with employment issues. Immigration advice is also part of the remit.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive employment-related experience, including contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Experience at a large-scale international or regional top-tier law firm.

Aufgaben

• Advise on workforce conduct issues and internal investigations.
• Advise clients on compliance with local laws and regulations; liaise with regional firms.
• Advise global, multinational and local clients on employment matters including governance and incentives.
• Advise on large-scale restructurings and employee communications.
• Draft and amend employment contracts, handbooks, and related documents.
• Support corporate matters with employment due diligence and transfer of employees.
• Advise on immigration matters.
