Job summary

BABYBOO Fashion Pty is seeking a Senior Trade & Merchandising Manager to lead our digital trading strategy and optimise the customer shopping experience across all markets.

You will own the ecommerce trading calendar, onsite merchandising, and revenue-optimisation initiatives, ensuring the right products are presented to customers at the right time. You will balance short-term opportunities with long-term growth, while building scalable processes and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Ecommerce Trading, Digital Merchandising or Online Retail Management.
• Proven success driving online revenue growth through trading strategy and optimization.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and customer engagement.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms and analytics tools to inform decisions.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute BABYBOO’s global ecommerce trading strategy to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Develop and manage the ecommerce trading calendar across markets.
• Lead onsite merchandising strategy including navigation, discovery, and customer journeys.
• Analyse trading performance and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with Planning and Product to optimise inventory and forecast.
• Lead promotion campaigns and trading events with flawless delivery.
• Build reporting frameworks and implement test-and-learn across channels.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Trade & Merchandising team across functions.
