Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Deployment Lead to consolidate and advance analytics deployments across commercial real estate and grocery portfolios. The role spans Australia, the UK, Europe and North America, leading a senior team and acting as the bridge to Product, Commercial and Customer Success.

You will shape deployment standards, oversee multi-location integration challenges and guide decision-making with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable, auditable results.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of professional experience in system integration and protocols such as BACnet/Modbus and major vendor platforms.
• Experience with network engineering, edge gateways, VPNs and remote access in client environments.
• Metering knowledge across electrical, thermal, water and gas applications.
• Security-by-design mindset focused on safe, secure customer solutions from the outset.
• Technical delivery leadership across cross-functional teams in HVAC, data modelling and software/architecture.
• Commercial awareness to size work, estimate effort and define scope boundaries.
• Strong stakeholder communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to standardise delivery via SOPs and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical delivery across both CRE and Grocery divisions, ensuring on-time, quality commitments.
• Define and uphold the deployment standard and technical position with clients and partners.
• Manage capacity including personnel, partners and offshore teams.
• Lead and develop the deployment team and align goals quarterly and yearly.
