Job summary

Breville is seeking an experienced Compliance Engineer to support global product compliance governance and market access across key regions. The role covers certification management, regulatory interpretation, and ongoing compliance throughout the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate across Engineering, Quality and Legal, manage relationships with regulators and labs, and drive embedding of compliance in development while supporting data governance and audits.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in product/regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product certifications and renewals to support market access.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into guidance.
• Support governance, policies, processes and training.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Legal and external bodies to embed compliance in development.
• Manage relationships with certification bodies and test labs.
• Support data management and audit readiness.
