Job summary

Breville Group is seeking a skilled Electrical/Electronic Engineer to drive New Product Development, delivering innovative engineering solutions. You will design PCBA circuits, build prototypes, and ensure compliance testing and documentation are completed on time.

You will collaborate with mechanical, firmware and QA teams, manage DFMEA/PFMEA, and support production release to meet product and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic/Electrical discipline with hands-on NPD experience.
• Experience in electronic circuit design, fault analysis and board layouts.
• Experience with DFMEA/PFMEA and manufacturing support.
• Experience collaborating with international suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed PCBA design and DFM/DFA using Altium to meet specs and cost targets.
• Develop electrical systems, circuits and test plans for NPD projects.
• Prepare documentation for UL/IEC/EMC testing and certifications.
• Attend pilot runs and factories to ensure engineering quality and timelines.
• Conduct DFMEA/PFMEA and statistical analysis for product quality.
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, QA and suppliers across the project lifecycle.
• Support production release and resolve production issues on lines.
