Job summary

Encore APAC is seeking a Project Manager - Venue Transitions to lead opening and closing of APAC venues, coordinating with multiple departments for on-time delivery. The role involves site readiness, equipment logistics, stakeholder communication and liaison with operations and procurement.

Some travel to venues will be required to ensure successful transitions. You will partner with the Installation team and local leadership to manage timelines, risks and documentation, enabling smooth handover

Qualifications

• Project management experience with coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from opportunity through installation, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Plan site readiness and coordinate equipment delivery, access, and storage.
• Communicate progress with stakeholders and adapt plans to changes.
• Interpret drawings, documents and schedules to support project delivery.
• Build and communicate move-in schedules with key dates and parties.
• Serve as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
