The role involves pre-planning, supplier coordination, training, and ensuring teams have the tools to operate smoothly after opening.

Travel to venues as required, manage contractors, resolve logistics issues, and support closing processes with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams for events or large projects.
• Strong communication and project planning skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Take projects from opportunity to installation, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate site readiness, equipment delivery, access and storage.
• Communicate progress to venue stakeholders and Encore teams clearly.
