Job summary

Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn campus, is seeking an International Admissions Officer to support the administration of international student applications within a designated regional team.

This full-time, fixed-term role is based at Hawthorn and runs until 30 September 2027, collaborating with the Admissions Team Leader and International Recruitment staff to support admissions from application through to offers, acceptances, and enrolments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of international admissions.
• Knowledge of entry and selection processes.
• Experience processing admissions applications.
• Experience with advanced standing assessments.

Responsibilities

• Support the admissions function within a designated regional team in International Admissions.
• Contribute to the administration of international student applications.
• Work closely with the Admissions Team Leader and International Recruitment staff.
• Support the admissions process from application through to offers, acceptances, and enrolments.
• Assist with processing admissions applications.
• Conduct advanced standing assessments.
