KICK, headquartered in Melbourne, is expanding its global ad sales business and seeks a driven revenue professional to own the ad sales lifecycle from pitch to close across display, video and branded placements.

You will build templates, manage pipelines in CRM, negotiate IOs and PMPs, collaborate with Ad Ops, Product and Marketing, and drive renewals and upsells in fast-moving startup environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital ad sales or agency sales.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems.
• Experience managing an active pipeline and closing deals.
• Familiarity with CRM and order management workflows.
• Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ad sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Create client-facing materials and rate cards for international advertisers.
• Negotiate IOs, PMPs/PGs and brand integrations.
• Collaborate with ops, product and marketing for campaign delivery.
