Interglaze Pty Ltd in Cairns is seeking an Estimator / Contracts Administrator to manage glazing projects from tender to completion. The role blends estimating and project administration, with training provided for glazing specifics.

You will read drawings, prepare estimates and submissions, monitor costs and contract variations, and coordinate with builders, suppliers and installation teams. Flexible hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualificações

• This role suits someone with estimating and/or contracts administration experience, glazing industry knowledge optional.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand project specs.
• Proficiency with Excel and project tracking is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate estimates, RFIs and tender submissions for glazing projects.
• Review construction drawings and project specifications for bids.
• Review and administer commercial construction contracts.
• Coordinate projects from award to completion, including scheduling and material ordering.
• Prepare contract variations, progress claims and project documentation.
• Monitor costs, budgets, reporting and timelines.
• Liaise with builders, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide coordination support to office, fabrication and installation teams.
