Job summary

AGA is seeking a Glazier Apprentice to gain hands-on experience installing, repairing, and fitting glass products in residential and commercial settings. You will learn on-the-job under experienced glaziers and have the opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised glazing qualification.

You will work outdoors, measure, cut, transport glass safely, read plans, use hand and power tools, and provide excellent customer service while on client sites.

• Holds a driver’s licence or is working towards one

Responsibilities

• Assisting qualified glaziers with the installation and replacement of glass products
• Measuring, cutting, handling, and transporting glass safely
• Interpreting plans and specifications
• Using a range of hand and power tools
• Maintaining a safe and clean worksite
• Providing excellent customer service on client sites
• Attending trade school and completing all apprenticeship requirements
