Job summary

O’Brien® is seeking qualified NZ Glaziers to join our team in Australia across multiple Queensland sites. You’ll perform hands-on glazing for residential and commercial projects, install shower screens and glass systems, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Base salary starts at $80k with potential to reach $100k with overtime and allowances. A company vehicle, phone, tablet, uniform and fuel card are provided, plus ongoing training and clear career progression within Belron.

About the Roles

Hands‑on glazing positions working across residential and commercial projects, including installations, replacements and specialised glazing systems. Depending on the location, you’ll work on a mix of:

• Measuring, cutting, installing and replacing glass to specification
• On‑site glazing for residential and commercial joinery
• Installing and replacing shower screens and security screens
• Working with aluminium frames and glazing systems
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and safety requirements
• Delivering professional, customer‑focused service on every job

What You’ll Bring

• NZ Certificate in Glazing Level 4 (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Commercial or All‑Rounder Glazier (preferred)
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Adaptability and confidence in a fast‑paced environment
• Highly Regarded Knowledge of AS1288 and local glazing regulations
• Experience with screen systems and aluminium glazing
