O'Brien® is inviting qualified NZ glaziers to relocate to Australia and join our high-performing teams across Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland. Roles cover residential and commercial glazing, including installations, replacements and bespoke glazing systems.

Across locations such as Kewdale, Tullamarine, Dandenong and Darra, the package includes a base salary of AUD 80k with potential to earn up to AUD 100k through overtime and allowances, plus a company vehicle, phone, tablet, uniform

Competenze

• NZ Certificate in Glazing Level 4 (or equivalent).
• Experience as a Commercial or All-Rounder Glazier (preferred).
• Current and valid driver's licence.
• Knowledge of AS1288 and local glazing regulations is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Measuring, cutting, installing and replacing glass to specification.
• On-site glazing for residential and commercial joinery.
• Installing and replacing shower screens and security screens.
• Working with aluminium frames and glazing systems.
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and safety requirements.
• Delivering professional, customer-focused service on every job.

About the Roles

Hands-on glazing positions working across residential and commercial projects, including installations, replacements and specialised glazing systems.

Depending on the location, you’ll work on a mix of:

• Measuring, cutting, installing and replacing glass to specification
• On-site glazing for residential and commercial joinery
• Installing and replacing shower screens and security screens
• Working with aluminium frames and glazing systems
• Ensuring all work complies with Australian Standards and safety requirements
• Delivering professional, customer-focused service on every job

What You’ll Bring

• NZ Certificate in Glazing Level 4 (or equivalent)
• Experience as a Commercial or All-Rounder Glazier (preferred)
• Strong understanding of safe work practices
• Current and valid driver's licence
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
• High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Adaptability and confidence in a fast-paced environment

Highly Regarded

• Knowledge of AS1288 and local glazing regulations
• Experience with screen systems and aluminium glazing
