O’Brien Glass Industries is seeking a qualified glazier to join our high‑performing team in Dandenong, VIC. You will work on residential and commercial glazing projects, specialising in re‑glazing and on‑site joinery, with a strong emphasis on safety and craftsmanship.

We offer a base salary of about $80k with the potential to reach $100k+ through overtime and allowances, plus a company vehicle, phone, tablet and uniform. Balanced rostering supports work‑life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Cert III in Glass & Glazing (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven reglazing experience.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices.
• Reliable, professional and detail‑focused.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Measure, cut, install and replace glass.
• Re‑glazing and on‑site joinery work (new + replacement).
• Install shower screens, security screens and glazing systems.
• Use correct lifting techniques and equipment.
• Work in teams on larger installs for safe, efficient workflow.
