Job summary

Grace Information Management on the Gold Coast is seeking a Facility Worker/Driver to support our records management team. You will perform daily warehouse tasks, assist drivers, and ensure secure handling of client records in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift licence (LF) and a valid car licence; stock picker licence (LO) is preferred and RF scanning experience is useful. We welcome applicants with warehouse experience and transport exposure, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence LF is mandatory.
• Stock picker LO licence preferred.
• RF scanning experience or training available.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Warehouse experience and transport experience advantageous.
• A valid car licence is required as a minimum for the secondary component of the role.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily warehouse tasks including picking & packing sensitive files.
• Performing daily warehouse safety and compliance checks.
• Using scanners, PCs, and other technologies to support inventory and order processing.
• Assist drivers with the loading and unloading of their vehicles.
• Occasionally supporting deliveries and collections when necessary (valid car licence required).
• Ensuring secure handling, delivery, and storage of client records.
