Job summary

Bayside Health in Mornington is seeking a Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant (Grade 2 IN32) for casual roles in the Diversional Therapy team at The Mornington Centre. You will plan and run engaging activities for older patients, including those with dementia or cognitive impairment, working with nursing, allied health and volunteers to enhance wellbeing and social connection.

This role requires a Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or Certificate III with relevant experience).

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle (or equivalent) is required.
• Certificate III in Leisure and Lifestyle (or equivalent) with demonstrated experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, person-centred activity programs for older adults.
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health staff and volunteers.
