Job summary

CALHN is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in Integrated Care Geriatric Services to lead triage, assessment and coordinated geriatric care, bridging hospital and community services for consistent patient care.

You will guide experienced teams, develop staff, manage rosters and resources, and implement quality improvements within a seven-day roster and 38-hour week at Sefton Park, SA.

Qualifications

• Hold or be eligible for nursing registration with a current practising certificate.
• Demonstrate competence in the relevant nursing practice.
• Bring experience supervising and supporting nursing staff.
• Communicate clearly and resolve problems and conflict.
• Prioritise care and work well within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
